  Poor service. Hardly anyone there. Ordered tea. 10 people came in as I waited. Drinks were made for people who came in after me and served and then my tea was not prepared as ordered. I only wanted it sweetened. I asked for my money back and drove to ACME in Patterson to get my drink.

  Everything you would expect from a Starbucks. Good place to work during a power outage.

  Cashier was cheery, but the line was insane and slow. You would think they giving away gold lol. Smells great, Christmas drink was ok really sweet. Somewhat clean

  Not good customer service I had been standing at the mobile order section for a while and no one had came even after I tried to get someone’s attention. They didn’t say please hold on ma’am we will be with you in a minute. One of the lady workers with blond hair(older then 30) said to another worker “oh she’s calling you” 😐 I had ordered 12mins before I came to the store and the app said it would be ready in 8 mins the max. Pick up the paste they are slow, Starbucks is known for being fast paste but ummmmm not this particular store. And clean up the floor was nasty and the workers attitudes as well.

  Love the Carmel location! Eva and the staff are great. Always greets me with a smile and mentions me by my name. Amazing they remember since I haven't been there in a while.
