We ordered three drinks. They made two of them wrong. The third one, they made right, but forgot about behind the counter. By the time we got it, it tasted like water with chocolate chunks. Was not busy, just disorganized. Would not recommend.

The coffee is good but omg whoever the morning manager is here needs to get their staff together. So unorganized. I only went here because the startbucks I go to was under renovations. I literally went to a starbucks out of my way because they suck

I love the chairs and couches but they wrote charles on my drink and I said JOJO so I had to get rid of a star for that

It's a very busy Starbucks. They're pretty efficient but not always super friendly. Note: no public restroom. Gotta go across the street to the Shops at Columbus Circle

It's Starbucks -- it's convenient and accesible; the employees are nice; it's better than your average donut store coffee -- but it is not the best coffee the planet has to offer. It's roughly as good as any other similar coffee chain, but there's way more of them so if you are like me and you are a coffee addict, you'll probably end up buying a lot more Starbucks than other coffee. 4 or 5 star coffee places are few and far between, but they are out there. Mostly in old townes and near places like Little Tokyo. I can't drive out of my way every time I want coffee, so I go to Starbucks. :)
