  Pray for this Starbucks customer. If you want feel make bad quickly come here! Worst attitude staff. They laugh my English but they speaking so mumble and ...whatever~~~ I think that staff Never experience overseas. ( I wonder she can speak my language just one word :p) This is America? (feat. Gambino) Rude and rude and funny tho But big table is good for study and read. Music was good. Only good this is here place near by Metro station. You can go to another Starbucks and many cafe in D.C I really many times visit Starbucks but here is really hilarious! 스테프가 아주 매너 없다. 좋은 점은 역과 가깝다.

  Surliest service I've ever experienced at a Starbucks -- and I know my Starbucks! I've been to at least 200 locations all over the US and Europe. This crew takes the grand prize for rude, brusque and downright nasty interactions. Day-um, people!! Lighten up! You act like you're working the serving line at a state penitentiary. I've got plenty of other locations to choose from. I shall do so from now on.

  Stay away from this place!! Horrible service. Took my money, then did not do anything and let me stand there for 15 minutes. Money back became a big issue with staff sighing irritated that I wanted money and not a gift certificate. Other than that, the place smells of moldy grinds.

  For the past year plus has installed some type of extremely high pitched noise outside its store. Sounds like a sonic attack. May be to ward off birds (or more likely, people) but the effect is that it gives me and thousands of other commuters headaches whenever we walk past. Cannot toleration the brain pain to walk in for a coffee. Please REMOVE!

  I love Starbucks period! However you must have patience at this location (all of them really during morning rush hour). This one is directly located at farragut west metro station, it has a lot of traffic. The area has a significant amount of foot traffic daily. If doing a mobile order give yourself 10 mins not the 2-5 as the app would indicate. Nonetheless, the coffee is always great. The holiday spice flat is delicious. The staff works hard to deliver great service.
