  Received my lemon pound cake with ripped up plastic in the bag today. Also the icing was pulled off. Not a good day.

  This location is to congested from the drive thru. Car line even gets out to the point that it blocks traffic at times. And it stays overcrowded inside too. Coffee's fine but wouldn't come here unless you have time to kill.

  The staff here are very nice. When I go on my morning walk and pick up my hot drink, the staff always refer to me by my first name. So I really appreciate the small-town/store-regular feel that the staff create and perpetuate. The staff are very friendly. On one occasion when staff member offered my son a complimentary food item. On other occasions the staff have come out to pet my puppy, or pet my puppy while on their way out. My only reason for giving 4 stars at this time is because somehow, and my photo below indicates, the store is out of quite a few hot tea flavors. Other than that it's a great Starbucks.

  First and last time I will come to this location! I was in a rush and didn't notice until I was about 5 minutes away that my coffee was only HALF FULL! I do not pay almost 6 bucks for HALF a coffee - the prices are enough of a ripoff without the baristas giving you less than what you pay for. Maybe if the guy at the window was focused on his JOB instead of talking to his friends behind the bar, he would have noticed the coffee did not feel like the other 1,000 of the same size he hands out daily.

  I came inside a little past noon and it was clear they're busy through drive thru but the lobby had no line. Aaron was friendly and extremely helpful! We ended up talking a bit and I felt right at home even though I'm visiting and originally from the east coast. Phil chimed in with his positive conversation as well. I feel comfy and cozy at this Starbucks. Will gladly come here to work on my computer when I have the chance to
