  I come to this location during my morning commute and rarely have anything but a wonderful experience. A couple times my drink is made incorrectly but the baristas are willing to fix it almost immediately and I never leave unhappy

  Imagine you’re tying your shoes with one hand. That’s about the level of efficiency this Starbucks is operating at. I’ve never written a review of anything, but I have no choice in this case, as I wait for my order.

  Slooooooow and unfriendly. That was our experience at this location last Saturday morning, when it wasn't even crowded at all. Maybe they save their good baristas for the busier weekdays?

  The service at this location has greatly decreased. Staff seems super confused with stacks of more than 20 cups needing drinks to be made. Be prepared to wait.

  Customer service. This is a high volume location so what matters most is keeping people moving, getting exactly what you ordered and keeping people happy, this location excels at it. You will become a regular, they will remember your name and order, you'll talk about their baby or the move or the weekend and suddenly the lines don't seem as long.
