::Ordered A Sandwich That’s Costed More Than My Cofee. Got The Wrong One Tried To Tell the Lady And She Said Was On Well Sorry. Didn’t Try And Help Me At All. I Don’t Eat Meat And It Had Meat Inside It. So Upset.! Never Had A Bad Experience Until Today

::It Starbucks you should know what you’re getting into. I like the green tea Frappuccino.

::Not a happy camper! The Starbucks employees didn’t treat me so nicely after I asked if I could the restroom. They said it’s store policy not to allow anyone to use the restroom unless they purchase something. I did come in with the intention of purchasing a drink however after being treated rude I opted to decline purchasing anything and go somewhere else and be treated nicely. This isn’t the Starbucks happy attitude I’ve come to know over the years and I’m completely flabbergasted of how they treated me and I’m sure dozens of other patrons feel the same simply because they had to use the restroom first before ordering. Who wants to order a drink and bring it into the bathroom!

::On the first visit here the counter person added items to my order that I did not ask for. I almost had to yell at her in the store before she removed the unwanted items. I had to call the manager to report her for suspicious thief-like behavior. I figured it was one bad apple and went back a couple days later. I ordered a Red Eye. The counter person looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. Her manager had to tell her how to make the drink. Then she got defensive and told me that I had used the wrong name for the drink. I've ordered Red Eyes in a thousand coffee shops across the country and this is the only one where they didn't know what I was talking about. But the real telling part of the experience is how instead of admitting she didn't know something, she tried to tell me that I was wrong. Well, I am wrong. I'm wrong for going to this terrible Starbucks. Save yourself from the theft and ineptitude and just go anywhere else.
