  Usually not one to post reviews, but lately they’ve barely been filling the coffees. What’s the point of ordering a Venti if I’m really just getting a grande? I noticed it not just in my drinks, but others. Hope they see this and fix their ways. If they do I’ll change my rating and review.

  I highly recommend that the person who handles money not put his hands on the cups near the rims. That is asking for contamination / germs / etc.! Several people after me received their orders before mine. I already had received my warmed croissant. Asked if they forgot my drink. Received snotty response. Not at all the usual overtly friendly Starbuck's service to which I am accustomed at multiple other locations!

  I come to this Starbucks location when I have no other choice. They take loooong to complete an order, the staff is not always the friendliest and it always seems to be super crowded. There even take long with mobile orders. And there always seems to be shady characters hanging around the entrance.

  I ordered a cappuccino and it came back so burnt it was undrinkable. Starbucks seems to have a problem with burning their espresso no matter what drink I order.

  Worst customer service I ever experienced from a Starbucks! You must do better! I was the only person in line two people washing dishes while I'm standing there for several minutes holding my Star bucks reusable cup. The lady finally ask "What do you want" I say "Coffee" she has no idea my cup is my own reusable cup- she assumes I reached over the counter for one of there's... I could go on and on about the many errors... I just left with no coffee. That's how bad it was!
