  Just picked up my drink and I didn’t know it was possible to make one this badly. The brown sugar shaken espresso should have both brown sugar and oatmilk. This had neither. And I hate that it’s come to this but I get consistently poorly crafted drinks here.

  nothing like starting the day sharing a coffee with your mom ❤️ .. I love simplicity, the Starbucks latte is my favorite, just a little cinnamon on top and that's it .. The human quality of the Starbucks staff is something that characterizes them, always friendly and with a smile.

  I just left this location and I will NEVER go to this one again. The cashier was a young Caucasian girl with glasses on. She was rude and she did not give me what I asked for. I asked her to warm my banana bread and she didn't. And the coffee she gave me was not what I ordered either. This is my first and last time there. I may call the store manager as well. I'm not sure what her issue is but her customer service is unacceptable.

  I am only writing a review because this is the third time I have had a problem at this location. We stop here on our way to church and place the order online ahead of time. After the first mess up, I always double check before submitting my order but they still seem to get the order incorrect. I have ordered the banana nut loaf warmed and it’s always cold still in the plastic wrapper. I order the white hot chocolate (which you can definitely tell the difference between the white and the regular) but I still get the regular. I called the manager the second time it was incorrect. Today it was incorrect again. Since we were on our way to church, I did not have time to run back in for them to correct the order. All the other locations I go to get it correct, so why can this location not get it correct?

  Bria is a fantastic barista! I wanted to try a custom drink and she had a fantastic recommendation. She let me try a sip and WOW! It was delicious. Will definitely be getting this drink and be going to this location again!
