  I went to the starbucks a couple months ago to get a snickerdoodle hot chocolate, and they messed it up. Employees saying that the recipe was mocha instead of whites chocolate. Ofcourse they were wrong. It took them a total of three times until they finally got it right, but ofcourse it was cold. They didn’t offer any sort of compensation for my time lost or for the lack of knowledge on how to make a beverage on their own menu ! Jump to now, i go in, get the same exact thing, and they mess it up again ! i understand if they have new workers and they are unfamiliar with the recipes, but that is what training is for, to help the new ones learn and make beverages, correctly. A girl told me the drink was made with mocha, again, she was wrong. Another girl remade it for me, and didn’t offer anything. Just said she would the workers. But tell them what ? I have never seen such a disorganized establishment like this one. Just shows the kind of quality you get when a restaurant is employeed by a bunch of college student. Terrible. If you want a starbucks, go to the one on University, near illegal Pete’s. They’re actually nice and don’t mess up your order.

  Short wait. Cashier took order and was polite. Got coffee and left. Nice atmosphere.

  Not until I bought three or four tea drinks there did I realize the blatant tastelessness is not a coincidence but a fact that the tea drinks made here are probably below the average of any of licensed or corporate Starbucks. Peach Green Tea Lemonade and Strawberry/Pineapple Tea Lemonade are what I bought. Either the sweetener/syrup is not added or added adequately, or the proportion of tea and lemonade is not right. Even after I asked to add some, it still tasted bad. Really hope you can improve it. Otherwise, two stars for easy accessibility and friendly staff.

  The staff here are really friendly and ready to help you. They are super fast even though the are busy most of the day.
