  Awesome service, coffee made to perfection. Although, I've had multiple times where extra drizzle was not added to my coffee, I would still come to this place.

  I moved back to California and had worked in Santa Ana the previous 10 months. This Starbucks became a staple in my new routine during a very difficult transition in my personal life. With a 90 mile daily commute I visited this store 2-3 times per day. They learned my name, my drink, and even my schedule. My order was always made perfectly. If there was any delay they were genuinely sorry and made it up. I never received any attitude. When my dad was in the hospital they would ask how he was doing. This is the perfect Starbucks as far as customer care goes. I am really going to miss going here until I find more work in the area. Thank you to everyone there for just being awesome.

  It's the people that make the difference,the ones that know what you want and they really go out of their way to make sure to are treated with respect! Awesome thanks for all your kindness in my times of a place to go and be stress free.

  The tops Bucks. They have gotten every drink correct every time I have been in here. I have never seen or heard any customer correct or repeat an order. I usually get my drink faster than expected. This one should be the model for the others.

  Overall, this was a negative Starbucks experience and I love going to Starbucks. The staff was very curt with me and my family - no friendliness at all when we were ordering. Also, while ordering, I watched a partner drop a whole sleeve of cups, pick them up, and put them back into the cup holders. The only positive part of this trip was that they seemed pretty busy but they were very speedy. Would not visit again just because they do not seem like they care about cleanliness.
