  Every time I come in here before 5:00am there is an excuse being made that the espresso machine is always down and when I do get the drink I want it's made exactly how I don't like it. You want a good quality Starbucks try the one in cherry Creek it's worth the drive guaranteed...

  Yesterday was horrible. I had to say my order 4 different times because the person taking the order over the intercom would say, what would you like to order? I would tell her then she would be gone for a few minutes then say it again. Over and over again. Won't be going back to this store.

  We had coffee and breakfast inside. Quite regular Starbucks with fresh coffee and friendly staff.

  The most awful Starbucks location across all of North America. The older lady that worked the register is absolutely awful. It was actually quite impressive how she was able to leave me not wanting to go to Starbucks ever in just 30 seconds.

  The reason I gave this location a 1 star review is because Claudia provided the most uncomfortable drive thru experience for a Starbucks location not even kidding. She greeted us with an attitude and didn’t seem too enthusiastic about helping us with our mobile order over a simple misunderstanding. The orders weren’t correct as placed and she didn’t address us by our names correctly and didn’t even seem to care, almost as if something was bothering her. If I’m taking this time to make this review then obviously the wrong impression was made. I will not be revisiting this location again and neither should you.
