  Went twice in 1 day 1st time was good got my latte the way I like it, satisfied. The 2nd time was an hour later there was what appeared to be 2 lines on one line there was 1 person on the other line was none so of course I got on that line I looked at the register guy who ignored me for the next 3 minutes without saying a word or even making eye contact (3 minutes is a long time to be ignored). He continued to work on the register while he joked around with his friend and continued to ignore me, finally he took off his apron as if he was letting me know he was no longer on the clock. Again without not even I'm making eye contact I left the line and when on the other line. You would think the other guy would say something, but nothing, took my order and walked away. I skanned my phone to pay. I always go to starbuck for my caffeine fix and never have I encounter such bad customer service. I Was supposed to get additional snacks but I refuse to give them my money is since I did not feel appreciated or valued as a customer. There's nothing wrong with having fun at work but they should stop having so much fun and clean up a little.

  Staff put together an order for me to deliver coffee for an entire church service in about ten minutes, while serving their normal Sunday morning rush

  Very conveniently located i work I neighborhood so I go here often. I order thru app in that way no waiting in line it's ready as soon as you walk in. Okay

  This Starbucks is in a good location in midtown Manhattan. Some mornings it can be crowed but overall I like coming here for my coffee.
