::It's convenient. But the help is not as friendly as other star bucks. I once placed a order by mobile. They did our read the other star bucks. So I then ordered there to get my drink. Not only did they not offer it to me free. They didn't even say sorry. But after I got back in the car and looked at history both chai lattes had been charged to the same place. So I payed for 2 chai lattes at the same location. And didn't even get a apology.
