  Two stars for the sake of being a Starbucks and that it is the first time I have a problem with ANY staff member at ANY location. The drink was off. The drink ordered was not a new drink, so I know the taste and the person who prepared it is not new either. Pam did not give good service, she threw the receipt at me and when she asked me for something regarding my card, she was rude. I understand if she is new and has questions, but a) I’m sure there’s training and there was another employee next to her, so she could’ve easily asked her, b) I am more than happy to answer questions, but please be nice, and c) don’t throw things at customers, even if it’s a paper. It is rude and unprofessional.

  Coffee was cold when i got it and the barista refused to make a fresh pot,i drank the cold cup and when i went bk for a refill the barista said that she was going on break and couldn't help me, it's a very sad experience as usually most Starbucks has a very polite staff, I'll never return here though
