  Ordered an Iced white mocha with caramel. I was handed a HOT CUP. Told the manager this is not my order. She took it back got a cup of ice. Poured the hot liquid over the ice and handed it to me. I ask to make it over. She said it's right in front of you. I didn't even touch it just left. Smh. Really. I just go to Dunkin Now.🍵🍩

  Friendly people. Service good. They just need to do a better job keeping bathrooms clean. Also, I don't understand why their lovely porch is often dirty and never swept.

  Love this Starbucks! It is big, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of tables, chairs, and wall outlets. A great place to meet, work, or study. In addition, the staff is used to heavy traffic so they are very efficient and well versed in making a myriad of drinks. Parking can be crazy as the lot is tight and many spots are reserved by other businesses. However, it’s never a big enough issue to keep us from dropping in!

  This place is adorable! I'm not from the area and drove by it twice before realizing it wasn't the typical Starbucks building but more of a converted house instead. It was so cute, very nicely laid out. The staff was very friendly and one member even filled me in on the .50 refill for the grande cold brew 👍 I appreciated how specific their parking lot is marked with signs, 15-30 minute customers are able to park closer to the building but if you're going to be there a while you need to park towards the back of the lot but be careful, because they share that lot with the business next door and each business has their spots marked accordingly.

  It's hard to rate any Starbucks lower than five stars because they always deliver; however, there have been a few. I wish i could give this one a sixth. Staff was great, drinks were great... as expected. This one wins for atmosphere: both the inimitable building and the throngs of patrons who obviously love it there and stay. It was an awkwardly chili morning in Charlotte when we came, but to an appropriate place it was. Plenty, albeit already occupied, seating throughout the building, as well as comfortable outside furniture reserved for those warmer days when one orders an iced chai latte instead of one extra hot with two sleeves. Parking was a bit congested out back, but like the inside seats, there's plenty reserved for Starbucks if only less people came... a good problem to have, I guess.
