::Most terrible Starbucks experience ever 😩. Waited in line a long time. Someone came over intercom & said “did I take your order yet”. Made it to window & both drinks completely wrong. Guy @ window argued with us about our drinks. Explained over & over as he got mad at us. He kept walking away from window many times. Didn’t have on a name plate or a Starbucks shirt, only an apron over his flannel shirt. Finally had someone make new drinks. Had to ask twice for straws. Ridiculous 😡
