  Really nice looking Starbucks, but man, the staff were not good. I went to order and the person working just didn't seem like she wanted to communicate. Wandered off after I placed my order without a word and didn't confirm my payment went through. When I sat down to wait, they didn't even announce that my drink was ready, I had to go up and assume it was mine. Been to plenty of Starbucks to know how the system works, but the two girls who were working the morning of 5/16/2018 were so lazy. At least the drink tasted how it was supposed to.

  Look, I’m a student at Emory and the staff isn’t really friendly. They don’t know the rules about free refills (I had to show them the website to get them to not charge me) and I feel like they try their best, but I don’t get good vibes whenever I come and order something. There are a few workers who are super nice though. My main complaint is that they don’t accept any rewards- birthday, gold stars, nothing. The ambience is pretty chill but it gets loud because people meet here for meetings and group studies. I honestly can’t believe this is the only Starbucks on campus and am pretty disappointed.

  Not the best Starbucks as far as Starbucks go. It's not a real Starbucks and doesn't have the same specials as other Starbucks. Also pretty dirty the few times I've been in. Pretty heavily populated with students most of the time.

  This location just reopened after undergoing a renovation this summer. The new layout is really nice, with more tables and chairs rather than couches. Much better space for the predominantly college crowd that frequents it. The staff here are very friendly and make great drinks. Because this location is on Emory's campus, it can get very busy between classes, so be aware of that if you're in a hurry. Also, this location is part of Emory's dining services, so while they have all of the drink and food offerings of a regular Starbucks, you cannot redeem rewards here. You can use your Starbucks card and earn stars, and use gift cards here, but you can't redeem star rewards or birthday rewards at this location.
