  I used to come to this safeway often & avoid the starbucks here because of how rude the service was. The coffee was always cold & most times I would get bad service, however I have started coming here more often because of a new hire working here. My drink was made incorrectly & I went the next day to complain about how bad the service was. Her name is Nataly, she is probably the best employee at this starbucks, that day I went into the store she was calm & friendly. She remade my drink & did not charge me for it, while making it we were chatting & she explained some of the drinks & coffees to me & how they tasted the way they did. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, I am giving this place 5 stars because of how friendly she is every time I come here

  There was no one at the counter working. I could not tell if they were open or closed.

  Not open sundays and it seems pretty random whether or not it's open Saturdays. Can't figure out the real hours. Even when it is open, often not staffed and you have to wait a long time for an employee to show up.
