  I ordered 2 drinks today and they were not good at all. Keep in mind, I order from Starbucks at least 5 times per week and know well what the drinks are suppose to taste like..

  Pretty sure the drive thru staff is pre-selecting the tip amount without consent. Paid $15 on a $10 order

  Hi! I've been going to this starbucks since before it was remodeled. My father used to be the district manager over this starbucks and a few others. This starbucks has always been my favorite though. It feels like a second home to me. The staff get so excited when I come in which really makes my day. They do an excellent job making sure everyone feels welcomed and safe. The only downside I can really think of about this starbucks is actually quite funny. The staff have coined this "Frappuccino Friday". This is when all the neighboring middleschoolers (there is quite a few) flock to this starbucks on Friday between around 3:00-5:00 . It gets super loud and crazy. So much so that they have to ask to see your receipt to confirm purchases. The staff however make it work. I still am trying to figure out how because if I was in that position- I wouldn't last 5 minutes. Fantastic starbucks

  This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations! The staff is friendly, conversational, and truly goes the extra mile to connect with customers. They even remember the names and orders of their regulars. This location also has a drive-thru and plenty of seating (both larger tables and comfy chairs) making it great place to stop in to meet with a friend, study, or grab coffee before/after church. (They also always have AMAZING artwork on their signage.)

  Service was a bit off on this visit, the barista didn't call my name out so I sat there working long enough for it to separate. Luckily he was extremely nice and remade the cloud macchiato and it was great! Picture says it all
