  They made me pee on the floor so they can use it for mop water. Also the bread is old and crusty. The water is Hebraic and overpriced. 1 star!

  Coffee was lukewarm and the service was really slow. It was about 20 minutes until close though, so I can understand.

  Just around the corner by the metro station. They are usually understaffed, and there's a five to ten minutes additional wait time compared to other Starbucks. I usually order by their app and pick up which take 10-15 minutes

  I visit this Starbucks roughly around 3-5 times a week at around 9 am. Normally they are alright with service and my drink most times has whole milk instead of skim. Today, I was waiting 5-10 for my order (always mobile order) and Brittany saw me waiting for awhile. She proceeded to ask me what i was waiting for and got me out the door as soon as possible. Her and the guy with dreads who work the morning shifts are amazing, the others not so much.... Thanks Brittany!

  The staff is great, and they don't make the poor and homeless pay or make a purchase to use the restroom facilities.
