  At approximately 10:15 am on June 3, I went to this Starbucks to buy coffee. When I arrived, there were numerous fire trucks parked outside the cafe, and an employee informed me that they were closed due to a fire. Consequently, I went to Panera Bread, which is located in the same shopping complex, and ordered a grande coffee with two shots of espresso. This is a beverage that costs me $4.19 at Starbucks, but I paid $7.75 at Panera. The coffee was good, I must admit, but in my opinion it was not as good as Starbucks’. I am a frugal retiree, and I feel like someone who has been sucker punched because of my experience at Panera.

  8 people in the place, 4 people, myself included, were waiting 15+ minutes for our orders. 5 employees not doing their job efficiently, the place wasn't even busy.

  Friendly staff who always provide good service. Great selection of drinks and food items.

  The staff in the early morning are awesome,friendly and helpful.they know me by name which is very nice wen u walk in a place n staff address u by name.

  Super unhappy with the service at this east coast Starbucks.. Being from Oregon when I ask for a breve everyone knows what I'm talking about. I've been in 3 different Starbuck since we've been in NY and no one seems to know what a breve was but they kindly made what I asked for. That is until o walked into this one.. The lady said yes I know what a breve is then asked me how to make it. Then turned around and proceeded to make fun of me to her co-workes for asking if they knew how to make a breve. But I guess the plus side of not knowing what it was is not knowing what to charge for it. So o got a $6 coffee for $2 😊
