::They need to do something about the drive-thru. There are cars pulling in from both directions... causing confusion & frustration from drivers (maybe an arrow showing one direction cars can pull in from?). There's one girl who isn't friendly at all but overall the staff & managers are nice & friendly. Place is usually clean, wish there was more comfortable seating.

::There should be zero ratings, I have had 2 issues with this store already and now I feel like there is some type of prejudice. I always make mobile orders, today I made a mobile order, it said I was 12 mins away so I made the order anyway to ensure when I get there, my order will be ready. I get to the store 15 mins later, my order was still not ready, I mentioned it to a young woman, who told the guy "Joe" or "John" he was suppose to make it, it took him another 10 mins before he could make my rink until I had to start yelling, because now this is total od 25 mins I was waiting on a coffee and a scone, which should have been made and waiting 15/20 mins prior! This was the second time this was done to me! I know they have the Mr. Rogers thing going in the morning, but please hire people that pay more attention. And this happens again, I will contact Starbuck Corporate about this store!

::I am actually a Barista with Starbucks in the city. This was actually a really bad experience. I walk in, no one is there to greet me. I see a girl she comes from the back, with a attitude. I get the sandwich she goes would you like it warmed up with a condescending tone. And I proceeded to say the rest of my order. At the end, I told her I am a partner as well. She asked for my partner numbers her name was Kelly. Very rude told me to get my ID. As partners your not supposed to ask for Partner ids, and I said I didn’t have it on me and she said can you go get it again, I told her your not supposed to ask partners for Ids. Bottomline, her attitude sucked, and her tone was all wrong. She was rude period. Not going to that Starbucks anymore.

::OK, the store is a little on the small side, however they get the job done! My guess is, the inside of the store is a little bit on the small side because there is a drive-thru -- which is a really great thing to have! It is not uncommon to see as many as six people working here at any given time. Between the walk-ins, the mobile orders and the drive-thru window they all stay very busy! So far I have found the employees to be very pleasant. They greet you with a smile, they offer suggestions, and they apologize if your drink takes more than just a couple of minutes. The store is very clean. There are seats and power outlets and of course free wifi - so you can bring your laptop and get some work done if you need to. The exterior is very nice as well. It's a shame there is no outdoor seating. The menu is the normal/full Starbucks menu. Hot coffee is served hot (not lukewarm). Iced coffee is served cold. With ice. No, I'm not getting into how many ounces of liquid are in a Venti! :) Food is fresh. Prices are what they are at any location. I will be back. Probably often! :-)
