  Regina helped me today, Regina is a blessing and a sweet touch, heart, kindness and that’s what we all need to do be encouraged and do the same for others. Regina helped charge our phone because the plug outlet wasn’t working near the tables. Regina showed compassion and caring. God bless her and her ohana and peace be upon her and her ohana! God is good all the time God is good!!❤️❤️

  This Starbucks is located in shopping center Safeway on the 2nd floor. Great outdoor space to study, get work done and meet people. Also, lots of parking. In that plaza there are banks and restaurants. Convenient location.

  I think there is poor management which spills over to the employees. Also they don't seem to be properly trained like regular Starbucks employees in customer service. Purchasing anything from this location is always a risk. Today my venti Americano w streamed soy tasted odd unlike coffee so I couldn't drink it. I think this will be my last time purchasing from this location. Always happy with the Ala Moana Macy's location!

  This is Hawaii's slowest Starbucks! I have never waited less than 10 mins to order my coffee, and then another 5-10 mins to receive it. There's only ever one employee doing a modicum of work. The other 1-2 employees are either washing up - slowly - and/or restocking when there's clearly enough inventory in the cupboards. They should prioritize serving customers first and then other duties, unless they actually are out of milk or coffee! If you want a coffee, drive about 5 mins further to the Keeaomoku location and save your 15 mins.

  This place is terrible, constantly out of food and numerous drink combinations. Had 5 different food and drink combinations got 1 because didn’t have the items or stuff for the others, And good luck getting the barista to understand what you are saying, seems like they are “spaced” out.
