  Too expensive !!!! They didn't have a good selection of muffins and pastries and the ones they have are so expensive its insane for the average person. You gotta be rich to go here. Dunkin donuts is way better

  Didn’t listen at. Gave me the wrong milk and coffee when I specified for exactly what I wanted because I know how my body is. Got my other drink correct tho.

  Why did I have to wait to be waited on for 4 minutes, and there were 4 people working, 3 customers that had already been taken care of? I eventually went to order from the app, but the item was marked out of stock, yet I saw it in the display case. When someone finally bothered to ring me up, and asked for the item. They told me it was out of stock. I asked if I could just have the one on display. They have given me items from the display case before, but I was told no this time. That’s not consistent, and I shouldn’t have had to wait that long for someone to finally acknowledge me. 2 out of the four wasn’t busy. They were standing in front of machines that do the work themselves. Having worked at a Starbucks before, there was no reason why this scenario should’ve happened. What a joke.

  Ordered small caramel frappe with devcaff coffee& light in the whop. I as s almost home?, sipped it & tasted it, no coffee. It was like syyrup, cmolkeam& whip cream.whem I arrived home I sdkeeef mgmt to lock it it; she did. There is not coffee.in thst. I ewalkred. All the way back.they never offered my money back. Procreded to make me another one. I dipped s s I walked home& tsdtef like old or burnt coffee. Guess.McFonald's pre made.id better rccrpt I camt get drcaff Coffee makes.my head ache do I got fdecaff; less caffirne.i am Ms Faye, the lady who doesn't. Dee well& always only get "Decaff small caramel frappe"

  Excellent service. Super nice cashier and the green tea and chocolate croissant was perfection!!!
