  I’ve been here before and never had issues but really just coming to share my opinion on customer service; it’s important to a business and sometimes there are individuals who lack customer service and ruin the customer’s experience. It’s a good thing that there are multiple Starbucks in the area because this one left a bad taste in my mouth after dealing with a young lady name today. I’m not sure why they chose her to work as the cashier because it’s not a pleasant personality. Maybe she was having a bad day but geesh her attitude is a mess

  Literally got the best Frappuccino I’ve had- that says a lot since I pretty much only get Frappuccino’s since I don’t like coffee. So much syrup but not too much! Perfectly blended ice with whip cream. It was even marbled which they rarely do.

  The staff here is fantastic.. When they realized the cold brew was too watery, they were so hospitable and made me a different drink (and bumped up the size from a medium to large at no extra charge). Even before I ordered, they offered to make samples for a woman who couldn't decide what to order. They definitely went above and beyond for their customers and made a simple, coffee buying experience curteous and memorable. Thank you!!!

  Sometimes it gets a little cramped for space while waiting for your order. The consistency of the drinks are hit or miss. There's been multiple times the baristas are focused on chatting with each other rather than taking care of the customers standing at the register waiting to place an order. I go here since it's the closest location to my house.

  Simple Starbucks with consistent drinks and friendly service from my experience. The setting could be organized better but it’s nothing to turn me away from stopping by when shopping.
