  Go to any other Starbucks, but not this one. I've been waiting at least 15 minutes for a frappuccino on a store that has nothing going on.

  Mobile orders are killing this location for walk-in orders. This location is often backed up, mobile orders splayed out across the bar. Staff is extra chatty with regulars, slowing down the flow. This location is tiny for this part of town. Meh. I see my hot food order come out and sit on top of the oven untill there are more orders before the employee will bring it to the pick up area. 😐😑

  Terrible store always busy which is understandable and not really an issue. What issue I do have is everytime i come in and spend my hard earned money on a mediocre expensive latte, they ALWAYS mess up my drink and when i ask for a redo i always get a nasty attitude and a scoff and a reluctance to remake my drink... how hard is it to make it extra hot and made with whole milk with reg foam?
