::No, it's indeed an Aramark facility interfaced with ASU. So, you can't redeem your stars here but you can accumulate them. It's student-run so you won't have the multi-year professional baraista - it's work-study for students. But their smiles, attitude, desire-to-get-it -right, are all genuine. Just accept it for what it is. Students can use their M &G ASU funds here so the lines between classes are often long. And the drinks are served up a bit slower and occasionally wonky. But I see it as a training outlet and don't get extra sensitive about the experience. Everyone has to get their first customer serving experience somewhere and for a bunch of college students, this is their first stab. So relax when you go in and be on good behavior ... You'll enjoy the experience more.

::NOT A REAL STARTBUCKS! Terrible "Starbucks," they just want to move on with the day, hurry up and charge attitude and no customer courtesy. They are NOT a real Starbucks. As a long time Starbucks Gold member I have been told numerous times that they do NOT honor Starbucks points. No FREE refills per Starbucks policies for Gold card members. Make wait in line twice for water cup. They do not even call out the names of people nor the coffee type, only "coffee", "latte", etc. POOR MANAGEMENT.
