::NEW STAFF ALERT. I love this Starbucks and have been coming here for years, but the staff on today are clearly new and have no IDEA what they're doing. After passing my order from one person to another, when it was filled I got the helpful instructions that 'the half and half is over there'. Oh thanks, now let me try not to scald myself with the boiling hot tea you gave me. If you want me to fill it myself that's not a problem. But a) don't make it SCALDING hot and b) leave me some ROOM IN THE CUP so I don't have to pour out that scalding water. Definitely steering clear for awhile until the new folks learn what they are supposed to be doing.

::Crazy busy but not their fault. First time at this location at MIT, however the AC is busted and doesn't leave for a pleasant experience staying. Sure this isn't the case all he time but staff was really nice!

::Krystal is the best thing to happen to this location. She is the shift manager of this location. They left one of my coffees out and I didn't have time to travel to Cambridge back from Boston. I had no problem with them helping me out. But one of the cashier's uniform could've used more fabric. Other than the past issues with customer service. I can finally give them a 5 star.

::Good interior and better coffee than you normally get at a Starbucks. They were even able to make a pumpkin spice latte that my brother liked, and he hates those things.
