  I rarely go to Starbucks. I usually REALLY enjoy a visit. Today I came to this location. It is a rainy day and I can cut a little slack for morale for that reason. Being that I rarely come I rely on the questions. I forgot to ask for hot tea, and I forgot to say venti. I got a cold grande. waited at the "pick up" sign for 8 minutes until I saw someone who came after me go to another pick up spot. No one called my name when my order was ready. It isn't like they are under staffed. When I arrived there were more employees than customers (including) customers whom were just sitting there chatting or on the computer. It struck me funny. Otherwise the cookie was just OK and the drink was just fine cold.

  Today was my first time ordering from this store and it was a remarkably pleasant experience. Fast, accurate, friendly, clean, delicious - checked all the boxes! I usually only tip $1 but today I left $5. Thank you coffee superheros!! "I'll be back"

  Not a customer-friendly zone here - in chilly weather their AC is run too high keeping us cold and susceptible to covid indoors, and outdoors people walking their dogs put them on customers chairs. Why not heat instead of AC? Tables don’t get cleaned here indoor or outdoor, can’t expect them to clean up their chairs! We’d rather go to Starbucks near Vons on Pass Ave - has much more space and more consideration of its customers.

  This Starbucks 🌟 is Brewtiful with both indoor and outdoor seating. Very easy parking in the plaza. Thanks a latte ☕️
