  Once you are in the drive thru line there is no way to get out! This is a problem since at times they take 20-30 mins to get your order (insane I know). Go to a different Starbucks if you want to get where you’re going on time.

  Never in my life have I been so inclined to leave a negative review of an establishment as I have for this starbucks, would leave zero stars if possible. Upon walking in an employee made eye contact with me and then did their best to ignore me for several minutes. Once it was clear I was not leaving they took my order and walked away. No "your drink will be ready in a minute" or asking my name for the order. I then patiently waited for my drink as it seemed the employees were have a nice laugh. After several more minutes I noticed a drink on the counter. Not sure when someone put it their but the "employees" did not call out the description of the drink as is fairly normal at other starbucks I've been to. The customer service here is the worst I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant on over 40 years of dining. Do yourself a favor and avoid this terrible location and spend your money somewhere where they appreciate your patronage.

  I ordered through the app. It was ready upon my arrival. The breakfast sandwich was hot and my drink was perfect. Would go back without a doubt.

  First visit they gave me another person’s order. Today charged me for soy, when no soy or any milk was added. Ordered light ice and my cup is full of ice. Then charged to sub a different syrup. To say they are all about the extra charges and not listening to orders is an understatement!! Will never go back to this location. Be aware, the other reviews are correct.

  "I have a pickup for xxxx" "Awesome we have it, it's the 3rd delivery order so it's going to be a while." I look around, see no other drivers there. Okay. Whatever we're serving drinks, how long could it take? Well after 5 minutes, not one item was prepared for the "first order" At that rate, I'd be waiting in store at least a half hour for some coffee. I understand this is your busy time, but there are options to not disrespect drivers by making them wait over 30 mins in store after a 10 min drive to get there (not to mention the 15 min drive/delivery) for $6. 55 minutes (if lucky) for $6. Good luck with that. (Options include NOT calling a driver there til order is ready, making orders for driver if they arrive and there's no order, etc) What finally prompted me to cancel the order is when I saw 2 women walk in 5 minutes after I got there, wait in line, place their order, pay for their order, receive their order, and leave before mine even got started. LOL
