  I've only got through the drive thru, they are pretty quick. It's a weird layout though. The employees seem friendly.

  This is a new location that has a drive thru. Service is fast and each time I have gone the baristas have been very curteous. Much better than the location in the center of Westwood, NJ. This location also has a private parking lot

  They have a very bad attitude. They think customers don't have the right to complain or to ask for a change in their orders. Use to come and recommend this store regularly, now, I'll have to think it twice.

  I did the drive through yesterday and it was not great. I ordered an iced vanilla late and it came with no vanilla we had to go back in the store. I guess it could have been a simple misunderstanding. The real reason for the low rating is the pathetically confusing drive through. It’s extremely narrow and seems to be 2-lanes, although it’s really only one lane. One lane is to circle around the building to get in the actual drive through lane.... even explaining it is confusing. Unfortunately it’s one of the few Starbucks in the area, so we have to suffer the dumb drive through layout.
