::I caught a worker pocketing the giftcard i purchased as a gift for someone and then giving me one with no money on it. I called the # on the giftcard to make sure... yep, no monetary value. I went to customer service and they called her n told her about it... ??? ... a manager refunded the card and gave me a new one after about 20 mins of deliberation and me threatening to file a police report. The mgr said that there has to be a case built against the employee for them to get fired or disciplined. She was at the same register the next day probably pocketing cards. I don't use these kiosk-like in store starbucks anymore
