  Wonderful experience all around. Tried a new frappuccino and it was very watered down tasting compared to what I usually order. I like fraps but I still want to taste some coffee you know? Soon as I mentioned it, the manager was quick to offer to remake it or add something. I didn't want to take up time remaking it so we settled on adding a shot of espresso to it. That added the coffee taste it was missing and actually melted the slush just enough to make it drinkable right away. My headache appreciated the coffee and the great customer service. I'd walk a little extra to go back to this particular Starbucks without giving it a second thought.

  The staff has attitude for no reason. They laugh me play instead of taking orders. By far completely different from Any other Starbucks I’ve EVER been to👎🏽

  $1 off any drinks from Seven on State receipt for same day purchase. Cluttered. Plenty of SEATING and TABLES to chilax. SMOKED BUTTERSCOTCH LATTE was decent even though I couldn't taste the flavor.

  I think this Star bucks is the worst place in Chicago. when I was ordering a drink, a stuff was laughing silently I think cuz I look a tourist and no speaking English. one of them mimiced what I ordered. Nver come back

  This Starbucks, sits above the L train, in downtown Chicago, I was on my way to work, standing on the platform waiting on the train, from this spot you can see directly down into the Starbucks. It was just a little after six a.m. and they were preparing for their opening. As I stood their and watched the employee set up their pastry display, she placed every single pastry item in the display with no gloves on!! Gross!! I will never stop in at this Starbucks location!!
