  Poor service! The lady who served my drink was unprofessional and was bg in something else,not even listening to me.

  The guy with the long hair was completely rude. Didn’t even acknowledge I was in line until I walked up to the register. No greeting, no thank you. Nothing. Very unpleasant attitude. Didn’t hand me a receipt. Gave me my change, turned around to go lean on the counter and play with his phone. Tables and chairs a mess.

  This Starbucks used to be my favorite Starbucks to go to considering I work inside the mall, and they are always fast and friendly. However, last night, November 2, 2017 at 8:57pm, that changed. I asked the barista at the counter if I ran to my car real quick & came back would they hold the register open. She said, "Yes." So, I got my card and made it to the Starbucks at around 9:02pm. The manager said, "We closed the register." ?????!!!!????? WHY. WOULD. THEY. TELL. ME. YES. AND. THEN. NOT. DO. IT.? All I wanted was a wrap that they did not have to warm up or anything... The girl who told me, "Yes," looked upset that she was not able to fulfill her word. Then, the manager had the nerve to say sorry. Apologies are a slap in the face when you deliberately did something. The manager was not sorry. If she was sorry, she would've held the register open as promised. I'd rather have bad coffee than bad service. I'm never going to Starbucks again.

  Best Starbucks I have ever been to and it's all thanks to the wonderful employees. They are always caring and make the best drinks around. I give 5 stars but they deserve a raise for being so awesome!
