::This review is only addressed to Dan working at the Starbucks at Macy's Willowbrook mall. If Starbucks accepts and comands his behavior, then my review applies to entire location. I got my capuchino and I reached to get a different lid that was within my reach. I was firmly told by Dan: " don't do that, don't you get anything from here, I have no idea where your hands been". I apologized immediately and recognized that shouldn't have taken the lid. Dan continued to express his anger by saying this is so rude and disrespectful, you can't do that!!! I again, acknowledged and said that I'm sorry. HOWEVER, Dan continued and begab showing slight signs of aggression in his attitude, manner and speach. I was perplexed and quite for few moments because all this took me by surprise, after few moments I said that it should have been enough for him the first time when he pointed this to me and that he was disrespectful to me, his endattitude and aggression with which he was speaking. To my biggest surprise he became arguing even more with me by saying " this is so that you don't do that ever again, etc !!!!" He asked me with a sarcastic voice if I need something else and with even a more sarcastic and satisfied voice that he offended me " Hope you have a lovely day!" I felt embarrassed. REALLY????? This is a normal practice at Starbucks??? Is this how a customer should be treated???? My mood for the evening was ruined. I came for a nice Sunday day with my daughter and mother, and someone disrespectful like Dan simply ruined what was meant to be a lovely coffee break!!!!! I'd like to point out again how disrespectful and verbally agressive was Dan, he's an embarrassment to Starbucks and in no way an asset. It really left like he was taken his aggression on me, and this could have been anyone else. I didn't commit any crime, I didn't do anything to diserve such treatment, especially when I gave apologized immediately - it looks like I was his punching bag for whatever he had going on. DISGRACEFUL!!!!

::Jeo gave me such an attitude when I came to pick up my mobile order because they didn't have one of the items I purchased and paid for already . I just asked ok so can I get something else, he said I just told you , that you can choose a different flavor . I was so taken back , I just said, ok give me any flavor . He goes over to pick one and come back and say oh I actually do have the flavor you want so I said ok so why did you give me such a hard time and he says well I thought we didn't have it, you don't have to have an attitude . I was so confused , I said to him I don't have an attitude, you are actually the person with the attitude but thank you for my order . He definitely needs a lesson in customer service and professionalism.
