::This convenient location I will unfortunately pass on from now on, I gave it a few weeks on chances but the results are the same. I typically just get brewed coffee on my way to work nothing fancy and I’ve gone in the morning and in the afternoon and every single time The coffee is close to room temp maybe Luke warm at it’s best. Yes I know Starbucks will re make my coffee but I shouldn’t have to turn around and wait to have them remake it. The fact that it had been served to me every time nearly at room temp is a bigger issue, I believe in make it how you would want it. Something is up at this location and if the daily brewed coffee isn’t kept on a warming pot then steam it hot before serving it to make it appear fresh and hot, from my experience I will now skip and find a new location on my way to work from now on. I thought maybe it was just a fluke the first few times but it’s still the same weeks later. Not posting for a response but to prepare any future customers that this is a possibility here so just be aware.

::The person attending the register had her back to the door while she and her co-workers were talking. After another employee said "We'll be right with you," she continued on with her conversation. Then to top it off, they got my order wrong. I am all about having fun at work, but do your job correctly.

::This is my favorite Starbucks in town. Staff is awesome, so friendly everytime. Pretty sure half the staff is LGBTQ+, so I feel more at home, but gay or not they are the friendliest bunch in town, Upu is so sweet, calls me Mr. Jeff and hS a hug anytime someone needs. The cute red head girl is so kind and courteous over the intercom, one of the few places that I get a welcome to SB even when they are moderately busy. Alway leave a decent tip and say thanks because they deserve more!

::This store needs additional supervision and training. It is not what I expect from the Starbucks brand. Walk into this empty store and expect to wait 5 minutes for a simple, black, cup of coffee. Very frustrating. I am a business traveler who stays in a nearby hotel, and I feel like a second hand citizen every time I come here. My time is not valued here whatsoever. Advertised to open at 5am, it didn’t open until 5:20 the other morning. Unprofessional and not dependable.

::Something appeared wrong. The wait time was excessive. The photo shows my drink and the person behind me drinks sitting unattended. I had to ask the person who was preparing the drinks to pass mine to me. The slow speed was present when I first drove up. Next time I'll try going inside instead. It didn't appear crowded inside the store.
