::After driving through hail and rain, I stopped here to grab coffee. The staff and manager (Jen) were so friendly, even without having any power! I love going to this Starbucks and I will continue to do so. I highly recommend people go to this Starbucks and the one in Spackenkill, NY. Thanks guys!

::I dont know how they always get this wrong. Iced chai latte with coconut milk. Add vanilla powder topping. Not vanilla bean powder which obviously is different than a topping.....ugh

::I come here for coffee every day. Usually very consistent and delicious. The one on the left was what I received today and it didn’t taste right to me so I asked them to remake it. The very light one on the right was the second one I received and it was AWFUL. Way worse than the first one. I don’t want to make them waste more product and make another one but I wanted to let them know that I was incredibly disappointed today. I was also upset that I was charged $4.60 for terrible iced coffee when the manager told me they are not supposed to charge for soy milk and I pay $3.95 every other day I come here.

::Horrible, horrible service. It took forever to have my order taken. I counted 5 employees behind the counter, 2 were very busy manning the drive through window, 1 was working the inside register, & I have absolutely no idea what the other 2 were doing. One appeared to be the manager, was doing paperwork and such, ummm, excuse me, customers come first. The other was literally just walking back and forth behind the counter. She did stop and very politely say "I'll be right with you." which would have been great if she hadn't, not 5 minutes later, put her coat on and leave. I think customers just deal with it because it's the only Starbucks in the area. I never would've thought that getting your hands on a Starbucks beverage would be more important than being a valued customer.
