  Service is too slow and you wait way too long just to get a drink. We waited for about 20mins just to find out that they didn’t even have the drink I wanted

  This location is going through some growing pains due to being taken over by a different cafeteria management company, I think. It's going to take longer to get drinks and they may not be made correctly. Today, I ordered a venti strawberry-acai. The person who made my drink made it to specifications for a grande drink and when another worker told them about it they just added more ice. Thus, I got a weak drink with less ounces of total fluid. I would have said something but I was late to class due to the slowness of this location.

  Hard to find, kind of far from parking, closes at 2pm daily. Inside the college, so unless you're a student it's pretty inconvenient. If you're a student it's great.

  I went there to order Peach Green Tea before my class started and the Lady employee told me that they are out of peach so I tried to order The Mango Dragon Fruits instead..The lady who took the order didn’t even ask me what size i want she just charge me 5$ and some changes .I am the only customer and there are 2 employees. They take like 10 min to make my ONE drink and after 10 min of waiting one lady employee come to me and said they are out of dragon fruit.. What kind of business run out of products that they sell and not notice? I work for food industry too so I understand that you run out of ingredients that you need for your business . But letting the customer wait for like 10 minutes and telling them you are out ? It’s just wasting the customer/ student time. I just left even though I already paid for my drink because i have class..They need to hire the employees who care about the store.. not the people who only work to get pay..

  Very convenient, especially if you order online. Also, iced coffee is always amazing so that helps
