::grouchy & sarcastic staff this afternoon. i received sas from 2 employees after returning a diluted iced coffee. to their credit, the second iced coffee was fantastic!

::The lady got my drink wrong and when I politely told her about it she gave me attitude, she yanked the wrong drink from my hands And the barrista along with that lady mocked me.She didn't do it right the second time either. I didnt say anything else so I wouldn't hold up other people's drink. This is the first time I get such rude service at Starbucks. Definitely not going there again. Only putting 1 star so others can see.
