  Safewayの中にあるスタバ。　店の横はテーブルと椅子がある休憩所。スタバのコーヒーを飲む人だけでなく、食事をする人も利用する。 観光客が利用するような店舗ではない。

  It's OK for a Safeway-operated Starbucks kiosk. Safeway has a dining area with tables if you want to stay and drink. But there are real Starbucks places nearby.

  I've been all over Southern California in the last two weeks and Northern California as well, and none of the Starbucks I visited, including the Disneyland Starbucks, served the new nitro (on-tap, nitrogen-infused cold coffee). This place does! Automatic bonus points because I love this coffee! It doesn't even need creamer or sugar to make it taste almost sweet. I had a nitro from another coffee company in Southern California, and it was a disappointment, to say the least. The Starbucks is very clean. It is modern and comfortable. It is located in the heart of downtown Portland, and has seven or eight tables outside. During the middle of a weekday, this place is bustling. The service was quick and very polite. The bathrooms were clean.
