  I imagine the coffee might be good. Don't know, never been here where there wasn't a line a mile long. Go to the convention center instead.

  Upon visiting this location in the past, I received fast efficient service.. but my last 2 visits have left me less than satisfied. I.e. store low on stock, disorganized & rude employees, drink order incorrect

  I came to this Starbucks and not wanting to take a drink to the bathroom, asked the person at the counter for the bathroom code. Ana at the counter informed me that they can only provide the code after you place an order. I understand how a store would want to provide facility to a paying customer, but when I informed her that I plan to order after using the facility because I did not want to take a drink to a bathroom, she rudely denied my request as if I am a muncher that just came to use the bathroom. I have been to many Starbucks but never had I had a person talked to me so rudely. I am shocked and disturbed and felt compelled to leave this review. Because of her rudeness, I would give this Starbucks 0 in my review if I can.

  I had to repeat myself multiple times while ordering, it’s really not a complex order. Grande caramel frap w/almond milk, a shot of blonde espresso, and no whip. Then she made it with coconut milk and called it out and walked to the back(first of all, does almond and coconut sound the same or?) , so i had to wait a long time to get their attention to remake it for me, and the remake was like an inch short in the cup, IF I wanted a tall I would’ve ordered one💁🏼‍♀️ And it was thin as hell. Gross. I work in the food industry and I actually have standards for the product I put out under my companies name. Probably gonna switch to a different coffee spot. It was really annoying. I feel bad for the guy working under her management.

  I was on the road from Orange County to Sacramento, needed coffee and bathroom. They had a pin number to get in bathroom, so I asked for the pin. They told me to make a purchase and pin will be on the receipt. As I look at a horrible line 🤯😵, I know Starbucks does not want homeless or druggies using bathroom, but come on.....I choose to stop at Starbucks because it's clean and never have seen a pin bathroom. Hope they fix this, just don't spot here for coffee and bathroom break you might pee your pants 👖👖👖👖👖
