  Start cleaning the machine right after you take my order. Make me wait 10 minutes and then serve other people before me. Garbage customer service.

  I'm not part of any trendy crowd. So I usually get a lot of people staring at me. It's a lot of money for a little coffe and a lot of judgement. Coffee is good though.

  It's a cafe in the hotel which serves Starbucks coffee. Wouldn't take tax exempt form. Charges $.50 for a water cup.
