::Typical Starbucks. Great coffee, lots of seating.

::All I learned from my visit is that if you are a veteran and have the audacity to ask if they offer a discount you will be given a blatantly rude response. I can tolerate alot of short comings in service but I can't help but wonder if it is Starbucks policy to hate our servicemen and women. I caution service members and veterans to avoid this store.

::All starbucks on southside are a hit or miss. This location has nice staff, however they are inexperienced in the menu. On my last visit, they charged me for a full drink instead of the refill price. Additionally, they have an issue properly fulfilling orders and often mess them up. On another visit, when trying to get an iced tea refill, the barista tried charging me for sugar in my iced tea. Then, the custom iced tea was not properly made and watered down. The recipe calls for double strength tea and then add the ice. This was missed in the making of my beverage. Store needs work and improvement as soon as possible.

::Very rude staff!!! I am a Starbucks partner and I can't believe how their getting away with being so unprofessional. I visit this Starbucks because it's closer then the one I work at. I've seen the staff talk badly about their customers right in front of them. It appears they completely ignore policy and will not remake your drink if they messed it up. This is very sad and I will be reporting them to corporate.

::Great customer service as far as the employees. Had called ahead of time and the woman was super friendly and answered all my questions. However it was super loud (both music and other customers personal devices)and was a challenge to find an open outlet.
