::Coffee taste was worst I’ve been eat moreover the African American barista couldn’t be worst. I can’t believe their costumer service. She was so rude so I asked her name, she yelled me “it’s NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!” Repeated.

::This is not for Starbucks in general but for this store next to the Farragut North Metro, Connecticut and K street entrance. The guy making the coffee, I think they call them barristas, was way to interested in talking to his really loud mouthed female friend across the counter. Our drinks were delayed and most of us just stood around bemused as he carried out a loud, raucous conversation. He was simply plonking the drinks on the counter and customers had to open the lids to figure out of it was for them. Starbucks used to be famous for their professional and courteous service. What happened?

::Worst experience ever at any Starbucks location. Horrible customer service skills and racist employees. I realize they are slammed in the morning, but my unpleasant encounter occurred in the evening when I was the only person in the store.

::They made mistake and rudely refused to admit. They gave me coffee that had been on the counter long before we ordered, and rudely insisted that was our order regardless of wrong name, size and order time.

::Best white mocha texture at any Starbucks but no place to sit.
