  Horrible service. But you have to expect that when you have an "urban" staff. Another fine example of diversity.

  Worst morning Starbucks in the world. They over charged me and gave me another request that was not mine. They prepared badly what I asked and in a bad way. Your money back it’s not guaranty !!!

  Staff is rude and don't seem concerned about delivering what you pay for. In two days they managed to get 0 orders correct out of 4, Nitro Cold Brew w/ Sweet Cream... On the second trip, the Nitro Tank was empty, so the barista said out loud to the cashier "I'm not changing that. You have to do it." Meanwhile, two people who ordered behind me were already out the door with their orders before they started to change the tank (took all of 30 seconds). Spend your money elsewhere; there are 10 other Starbucks within a half mile.

  グランドハイアット1Fにある。夜22時までやってるので夕食後にも最適な場所です。おすすめ。

  This location is connected to the Grand Hyatt and appears to be the gathering point for power-suited business people having their morning pow-wows over a cup of power-joe. I was drawn to the Nitro Cold Brew despite the cold weather and was pleasantly surprised by the draft-beer-like texture. Like a true cold brew, the Nitro embodies a nutty and earthly flavor while coating my mouth with a lingering sweetness. The register is sectioned off from the seating area, which has a handful of couches and a beautiful conference-friendly table. This store is considered small with a door to the street and another entrance connecting to the hotel lobby.
