  Service is either a hit or a miss. I never order coffee, but sometimes their system in the morning will have me waiting 10 or more minutes for a vanilla scone. Also, I have gone here during busy hours and the staff as been nice and efficient. Other days I go here and the cashier doesn't listen to my simple order or makes me wait for a pastry that doesn't need to be heated up. This Starbucks is right next to the bus stop, so it is very convenient.

  Service is always prompt. My favorite item: the Nariño cold brew coffee, bksck, extra ice. Venta is my must-have size. Sooooooooo good!

  Typical Starbucks, super friendly baristas who make an effort to remember the names of regulars and keep good attitudes under the stressful peak times. Nice seating outside

  The staff here are fantastic. Always really friendly. It does get packed in the mornings and it's quite small so you may get a little squished. But staff make up for it!
