  My drink came out with 3 more shots of espresso in it than I ordered. I brought it up to barista and she looked at me like I was an idiot. Whatever, I'll be unnecessarily hyper today.

  Very welcoming and helpful!! Shout out to Jessica for great advice on what to get and having very positive energy in morning!! Coffee she advised me to get was bomb!!

  Rude patrons and not welcoming at all. They kept talking amongst themselves and would not even call out drinks.

  To clarify it's inside the chase building not on the street. Now the inside is beautiful and since it's inside the chase bank building there are no homeless asking for money and very little lines. Nice huge interior and the man I spoke with behind the counter was down to earth and respectful. It is Aramark owned and not a corporate store, also as of 5/15/17 there is no chip reader only swipe for payment. The inside is huge lots of room and very relaxing when you walk in you can feel the difference.
