  The good thing about big brands is that the product is consistent. Things can get bad once in a while for some people though.

  Bad service. You need to keep repeating your order to cashier and other person before. Chatting to other customer to long about random thing while there's a queue.

  I am guna say Starbucks is loosn its mojo. Ordered 2 teas and a Caramel macch iced, got 2 teas 10 minutes later. The was asked what else i ordered and finally got my Caramel macch that was POORLY made. How hard is it to pay attention Barista??? Terrible service.

  Regular Starbucks drinker here. I️ had coffee and breakfast today and it was good as usual. Service was great and the place is nice and clean.
