  I think I wrote some messed up review before, and I'm sorry for that and my feelings have change. I actually appreciate the workers and this Starbucks a lot. My tall Coldbrew is always good, and the workers that are usually there are all super cool.

  I had a good service here, however the cashier guy was super nice to the family that order before me. They were really demanding. I can imagine they are that kind of people who would go to court over everything.

  My experience here mirrored that of the other 1 star reviews: extremely slow despite not being busy, the barista who took my order was very rude, and the latte itself tasted awful. I work nearby, but just walk over to the location in Kendall Sq to avoid this location.

  Stood here with my daughter for 5 minutes and they don't even look at me and say hi. I was the only on line. 3 people behind the counter act like nobody around. I left without ordering. Bad.
