  The staff is rude and the music was so loud I could not hear my associate on the phone. The reason I was in Nashville was for business. Turn the music down. It’s not a club even though the kids behind the counter think it’s cute.

  Expect a 30 minute wait. This location isn't the same customer profile as other SB locations and their typical service model isn't working due to the high volume and time constraints of the customers. They should add two lines, one for fancy drinks and one for coffee. Kiosks for ordering and e-pay and higher staffing on crafted drinks. I'm a faithful SB drinker but didn't want to stand in line that long and went to burger king. Their coffee was good enough this morning.

  The banana bread or the pumpkin bread is so delicious warmed up with butter and a knife!

  Good spot right here ! Always enjoy coming here and I highly recommend it. Excellent customer servixe. Love the coffee

  Considering how busy they were at the time that I went they were very efficient and served my food hot. My coffee was exactly like I wanted it and everything was done very quickly.
